Aha-Tea will send twice a month newsletter for subscribed consumers,
since not many customers have access to social media or who might not use it
for some reason, this would be our main relationship building tool for opt in
customers.
Content Aha-Tea will be using for this purpose will be:

Welcome e-mail -
Will contain Welcome message along with double opt-in system, if they
change their selection they are able to easily able to unsubscribe from further
emails. Encouraging people who are active on social media platform to visit us.

Special offers – Promotional offers to exclusive
subscribers using limited time discount coupons

Customer surveys – To get feedback on our
service or to help develop new products
·
Community events – List of events in local
community and surrounding areas
·
Latest news trends or statistics on tea industry

New product launch and Tips and how to features
Special offers really are a great way to bolster your customer base. For your product, it sounds like showing up at events is a great idea as well
